Dietary/Access
Let me know if you have any dietary or access requirements.
Name Badges
We are aware that most of you have name/identity badges for work and we are asking if you can wear these to the conference this year. We are doing this to help reduce waste. If you do not have a badge please let me know and we will provide one.
Awards
Thank you for all your nominations this year. The judges commented that all entries were superb and selecting the winner was very difficult. I have listed the three shortlisted (in no particular order!) below with the winner to be announced on the second day of the conference.

In the interests of being green we will not be printing and handing out loads of paperwork at the conference. The conference agenda, AGM agenda and speaker bios can be downloaded from here https://www.aphanalysts.org/documents/. Please note that these will NOT be available as hard copy on the day.
Getting to the venue
The address is Hotel Football, 99 Sir Matt Busby Way, Manchester M16 0SZ. This is approximately 5 minutes drive from the M62, 15/20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 15 minutes by tram from Victoria railway station and 30 minutes by tram from Piccadilly railway station. There is a car park opposite the venue and next to the Premier Inn with limited (89) spaces – you need to go through the green gate. There is a drop off point outside the venue if required.
Drinks reception
One of our sponsors, Insource are kindly hosting a drinks reception for all on the evening of Wednesday 25 September. This will be held in ‘Heaven’ which is the roof terrace (covered!) at Hotel Football between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. This will provide an excellent networking opportunity and we very much hope you will join us.
AGM
Please let me know by close of play on Monday 23 September if you have any questions you would like raised at the AGM.
